Booking Policies
- Ultra glam sessions usually take TWO hours for best results.
- Payments are non-refundable and must be received before placing a hold ona date and time slot.
- The required deposit is 50% of the total amount and payment info isprovided on request.
- In the event that you wish to reschedule your appointment, rescheduling isonly possible within a 90 day window from your initial date and is subject toavailability.
- A scheduled appointment will be canceled if the appointment doesn't start15 minutes after the scheduled time.
- Business hours are 9am to 7pm. Special request working hours are chargedat a flat rate of $150.
- PARKING/VALET/TOLL FEES: The client is responsible to cover all parking,valet, and/or toll fees. This amount will be included in the final bill and willbe due on the day of the event.
- Note: All prices (excluding destination services outside Ontario) includeHST, as required by Ontario tax regulations.
